Sandhole were sympathetic during our whole process when we decided to use their cremation service for our much loved Border Collie. Each and every colleague there showed immense empathy to us. Their "goodbye room" is a comforting way to finally leave your pet with them. Their aftercare was very thoughtful and my family hugely appreciated their well worded 'sympathy' card to us all. Their gift of wild flower seeds to scatter was warmly received our end, too. A nice touch… life after death. We have to take our hats off to Sandhole. We can't see how their cremation service could have been better. Thank you to each and everyone of their team.

We lost our little hamster, and he was taken care of by the whole team at Sandhole. He was taken in on the same day, and the member of staff went through all of the details and gave me all of the options for his cremation and small urns for his ashes. I was also offered paw prints and a small clipping of his fur. Very professional and caring attitude. A week after he was cremated, a lovely hand written sympathy card was delivered to my home. Fantastic service overall and I would highly recommend.

Our dog Elphaba 'Elphie', recently passed away and we wanted her cremating. Nothing was too much trouble. Polite, professional and extremely kind on the phone, everything was done with sensitivity respect and courtesy for us all. Becky was heartwarmingly gentle on the day itself and made a terribly difficult time into one that was as painless as possible. The facilities are ideal and the country park opposite gave us a welcome breather following the visit. Plenty of car parking so we didn't have that worry either. The presentation of Elphies ashes, and the footprints and fur cutting were just right and thoughtfully done. I can't express how grateful I am to you for really softening the blow of such a difficult event. Thank you to all the team. James & Sara.

We once again this year had to use the crematorium service at Sandhole. All I can say, once again how fantastic, caring and thoughtful they were. Even in the current situation, they did all they could to be welcoming and kind. I can't thank the staff there enough. Thank you
